• Identify and onboard new advertisers while building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the Vietnam region
• Explore new sales channels and business development opportunities
• Understand client needs and challenges and propose tailored solutions
• Provide consulting on how clients can use the Playio platform to achieve their business goals
• Strengthen lead generation and prospecting efforts
• Participate in gaming and ad tech events, expanding professional networks
• Gather feedback from partners and users to suggest improvements to the platform
• Passionate about gaming, with a deep interest in various genres and trends
• 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in gaming, advertising, SaaS, or Cloud-based solutions
• Strong network within the mobile gaming, and advertising industries
• Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and close deals in competitive environments
• Strong collaboration skills: able to work closely with internal teams (Development, Marketing, Account Management) and communicate effectively with clients
• Fluent in English at a business level
• Experience in the gaming industry or a deep understanding of gaming ecosystems
• Interest in gamer-centric services, with the ability to understand gamer behavior and apply this to sales and marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance optimization
• Strong analytical skills: able to leverage data to identify problems, provide insights, and improve performance
