GNA ​COMPANY ​offers ​a gamer-centric ​marketing platform called Playio, ​designed ​to meet ​the unique needs ​of game ​developers ​and publishers. ​Playio ​provides ​comprehensive marketing solutions ​and ​runs targeted campaigns ​to ​help ​games succeed from ​pre-launch registration ​to ​post-launch growth. ​We aim ​to ​provide gamers with ​the best ​possible experience while adding value to the broader gaming and entertainment ecosystem. Playio is currently available in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, with ongoing plans for global expansion.

Playio envisions a world where gamers are respected and fairly rewarded while enhancing the overall value of gaming. We collaborate with over 200 partners, including Nexon, NCSoft, Netmarble, Neowiz, and Moon Active. More than 10,000 games are onboarded, and there are 3 million users, generating over 10 million game downloads. In addition to our Android app, the iOS app will launch soon.


Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new advertisers while building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the Vietnam region

Explore new sales channels and business development opportunities

Understand client needs and challenges and propose tailored solutions

Provide consulting on how clients can use the Playio platform to achieve their business goals

Strengthen lead generation and prospecting efforts

Participate in gaming and ad tech events, expanding professional networks

Gather feedback from partners and users to suggest improvements to the platform


Qualifications

Passionate about gaming, with a deep interest in various genres and trends

5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in gaming, advertising, SaaS, or Cloud-based solutions

Strong network within the mobile gaming, and advertising industries

Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and close deals in competitive environments

Strong collaboration skills: able to work closely with internal teams (Development, Marketing, Account Management) and communicate effectively with clients

• Fluent in English at a business level


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry or a deep understanding of gaming ecosystems

• Interest in gamer-centric services, with the ability to understand gamer behavior and apply this to sales and marketing strategies

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance optimization

• Strong analytical skills: able to leverage data to identify problems, provide insights, and improve performance

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
